1. Are you a certified Company?

Realstar Security is an ISO9001:2015 certified company that was established in 2004 as Wellcash Security, and subsequently rebranded to Realstar Security in 2014. Due to its success in Zimbabwe, Realstar Security expanded into Zambia in 2019.

2. How are your guards trained?

Guards undergo preliminary screening, physical fitness, mental health, medical test, interview and at last written exam Before starting the security guards' training course. The trainees pass through arduous physical exertion and a determination to work for humanity. The four weeks of training are separated into four phases.

3. Are you licensed and insured

Yes we are a licensed security company

4. How are guards monitored

We can track and monitor the guards by using a guard monitoring system that can do real time tracking and automated reporting.
